I am a retired RN/Nurse Practitioner from Georgia. I moved to this area as a volunteer at Ridgecrest Center in Black Mountain. I married another volunteer here 5 years ago and we decided to stay permanently in North Carolina! I absolutely love this area but I chose not to retain my nursing license after relocating here.
