I have done a lot of volunteer work with kids in my neighborhood and school, usual times I could be picking up my siblings and end up playing with the smaller kids!!

I like to play with them, draw with them, teach them new things through games like, what color is this? What shape is this? Where can you find this? Small things like that can help them grow, I also enjoy reading to them and seeing around.

I think the most important think of being a nanny/babysitter is what you teach them, they are small right now, but when they grow up they will need what you teach them no matter how irrelevant things can look in the real world.
