The most important part about being a nanny...
To me, the most important part of being a nanny is making children feel loved, safe, and valued. Every child deserves someone who will celebrate their accomplishments, comfort them through hard moments, encourage their growth, and remind them every day that they matter. Being a nanny is so much more than childcare. It is building trust, creating meaningful connections, and being a positive, dependable person in a child’s life. Watching children learn, grow, and gain confidence is one of the greatest privileges and joys😁

A little more about my experience: I currently work as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where I support children with a variety of needs. I have experience working with children with behavioral needs, autism, developmental disabilities, and Down syndrome.
