My experience with special needs children...
I have taken care of a few childern with special needs and it warms my heart remembering those good memories a little girl name nayeli who was deaf I learned a little sign language but she was so sweet and I was so patient I learned so much i started taking care of two other little kids who had autism, it was a completely new experience and it truly taught me so much.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One time I went with a family to Easter since they needed help and we were all hiding the eggs everywhere and once we were done they started the egg hunt and one of the eggs fell onto the duck lake and OH MY GOODNESS my niece at the time who was 6 tried reaching it and fell into the water I jumped to get her out and the egg went further. We smelled awful but it was a good laugh!
