I’m caring, responsible, and love working with kids. Not too long ago, I took an Early Childhood Development class at school and earned my DCF childcare certifications, which gave me training in safety, growth, and child development. Which now I am actively making lessons and teaching students more hands on. This past summer, I worked in a childcare setting where I helped with daily routines, meals, and fun activities. One of my favorite moments working with kids was during my summer childcare job when I helped a shy child feel more comfortable by joining in on a game. By the end of the day, they were laughing and playing with the other kids. Seeing that change and knowing I helped build their confidence reminded me why I love working with children.
