I think the most important part is making sure the kids understand me, and i think its important to me to explain myself to any kid i talk to. i believe that all kids deserve to get talked to in a respectful manner.

For the past 4 years ive helped out however i could with the special needs kids at our school, either helping them move, communicate, or helping them understand situations/tasks. i genuinely love and hope to support all kids struggling with any kind of special needs
The most important part about being a nanny...
When I was taking care of this 18 month old kid, she was the sweetest thing, I remember one time we were playing and i was under a blanket, and i heard her fall over. she just sat down hard, but she started crying a little and she stuck her little arms up and stopped crying the second I hugged her, and she wasn't much of a hugger, I just found it so sweet.
