All the children I have babysat for all loved to cook with me, instead of having them wait for their food they would want to help or I even offered them if they would like to cook as well, I baby sat a friend of mine's little sister and we spent most of the day cooking, she wouldn't like to clean anything so I made a game up with her, I would tell her the first one to clean up all of the utensils and food before their parents got home wins, she would always be excited and now she is happy to clean and always wants to, her smile brings me much joy, it makes me happy to see her happy even when having to do something most kids don't wanna do, I helped her understand cleaning is an important thing
