Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I started babysitting family/family's friends' children at the age of 14 and I still do it till this day on my days off from my current job (Walgreen). On Saturdays, if I have no family events I babysit in the afternoon sometimes overnight. I can babysit any age. I can also clean around the house if you guys are interested, I love cleaning. I love working with babies/toddlers it's something I'm good at and also a good experience when I become a mom someday.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Watching movies, drawing, dressing up. I love to talk to them build a friendship. I love storytelling.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Child's safety, following the rules the parent/parents make example going to bed on time. Make sure to help them when they need it. Teaching them how to clean up messes they make and how to be kind to one another.
My experience with special needs children...
I see no difference with special needs children. I believe that they're as smart and as brilliant as normal children. A family member has a little boy who has special needs and he is a helpful boy, very friendly. I like being around him, I learn a lot from him. I like to play with them, sing.
The most important part about being a nanny...
When the child/children are finally used to being around me. I say that because some children are shy at first but as time goes they get used to me and we become good friends.
