A little bit about me

Hi! I’d love to connect with your family! I moved to Oakland two years ago and teach 7th grade! As the eldest of four kids, taking care of children has always been second nature to m. I started babysitting when I was 14. While I love teaching during the school day, babysitting outside of school hours allows me to keep working with kids of all ages while helping me make ends meet.

I'm open to all types of jobs and have a lot of flexibility! During the school year, I'm mostly available for afterschool care and weekends, as well as during school breaks and holidays. I am also available for house sitting and pet sitting, both of which I have done many times over the years. I am fully open to traveling with families and doing overnight stay care as well. Beyond child care, I have a lot of experience with—and genuinely love—organizing. I'm always happy to jump in and help out with household chores.

I am always happy to provide tutoring or homework help if your child needs extra support!

I am a full time teacher as my day job and have been babysitting since the age of 13. I am the eldest of four children and often looked after my siblings. I also have worked at a variety of summer camps and as a lifeguard and swim instructor. I also am a tutor and am always available for homework help!
