Hi, I'm Elisa! I love to think I have a great balance of responsibility and strong work ethic, as well as being a kid at heart myself. That combo is my greatest strength when it comes to working with kids. I believe as a caregiver, it's important to wear many hats: playmate, friend, teacher, chef, nurse, cheerleader... I confidently wear all of them!

I have plenty of family+friends of all ages I have taken care of, as well as 2 years of experience working as a behavioral therapist with kids with disabilities! I love working with all my kiddos and seeing them grow in confidence and gain vital skills. As much as I make an impact, they also make an impact on me. I learn something every day by taking an interest in their interests.

I see caregiving not just as a job, it's something I love to do and I can promise I would be around not just to supervise, but to help your child(ren) grow!
