Tantrums are just a kid's way of expressing their emotions when they don't have the words yet and it's amazing to watch the progress when they start to realize how to express themselves with words. Being outside is the most healing and healthy thing for a child. I like to tell people kids are like plants, they need dirt, sunshine and water to thrive.
