Relevant experiences where l've cared for children include my current role as a nursery worker at my church, where l've had the privilege of serving and supporting young children in a safe and nurturing environment. Additionally, my experience as a student teacher has taught me the importance of creating engaging and interactive learning experiences for kids. Furthermore, my background as a Behavioral Technician (BT) working with children with special needs has given me valuable skills in patience, adaptability, and individualized support, allowing me to tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each child.

Activities I enjoy doing with children or anything in relation to being outside or experiencing new adventures through finding new places to go to whether it be a museum and activity park or whatever the case may be anything to offer a sense of learning but also fun for the children is the way to go.

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part about being a nanny is being present with the children and offering that other sense of support for when they need somebody to go to. Being their biggest cheerleader, offering that unconditional love, and providing a sense of safety.

My experience with special needs children...

I was a former BT, which is a behavioral technician who specializes in working with children with special needs. I have had three months of experience in that area. I learned how to utilize techniques to understand what each child was trying to communicate through meeting their needs and wants.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My fave nanny moment is when I’m able to celebrate the children in any capacity. For example, going to a kids, sporting event or school event, offering that extra support in seeing their face light up when someone enters the room is the greatest feeling in the world.
