in my current job we have an autistic kid, and he is a little violent sometimes. what we do is we try to teach him about personal space. we always try to let him play with the other kids so that he gets familiar with everything we do. my main job is patience when it comes to him. we have helped him to get better. he is very sweet and calm with me.
