2 and 3yo boys. In November their sister was born. I loved playing games with them, baking, and playing at the park.
Full Time: August 2023- May 2024
4 month old boy and then 3 year old girl after preschool. Responsible for all things baby-related (laundry, meal prep, feedings, dishes, organizing and cleaning up after children, keeping children’s rooms tidy and overall house cleanliness). I ran errands such as grocery and medication pick up. We loved going to the park and on walks/bike rides and going to the beach to explore!
Short term: May 6th - June 17th
2 year old boy who enjoyed spending most of the day outside with bubbles, his water table, kinetic sand, scooter and throwing rocks into the ocean.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Going to the park, painting/coloring, making bracelets, reading, going on walks. For my current NK I’ve recently enjoyed brainstorming unique activities for sensory play, such as water and ice in a bag for tummy time or making tissue boxes filled with miscellaneous items for baby to take in and out. I try to customize play time to what the child is interested in (Coloring, building with blocks or legos, reading, dress up, etc.) and then express interest as well!

The impact you have on children. Development in children is so important and I truly think that every moment plays a role in a child’s future! It’s amazing to see the progress in children as the days go by! It’s such a rewarding job and experience! I think it’s so important to foster a good positive relationship and be there as another person for the child/children to rely on and look up to.

The first time I heard the 6 month old baby boy I was watching belly laugh! I accidentally bumped into his little toy truck and it hit another plastic toy and made a loud sound, he thought it was hysterical! I kept recreating what I did and he continued to laugh! Thankfully I got it on video.
