To me the most important thing about being a nanny, or any childcare possition, is to be a positive impact in their lives. I think we often forget that kids are juat tiny humans who require the same level of respect and honesty as any other. It's also important to me when nannying to assist parents in having a good balance of their time. Allowing them the space to do what they need to do and have time to be individuals as well.

As I watched her and her siblings, I would work on her physical mobility skills, and 2 months later she was walking on her own!
