Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
The first experience I had in a childcare atmosphere was around five years ago, when I joined the volunteer childcare program for a local church. Shortly after, I came to the conclusion that I enjoy the experience of working in that atmosphere, or one similar. That is when I decided to seek out babysitting jobs, as well as nannying shortly after.

I enjoy doing arts and crafts, schoolwork or homework help, playing games, and other unique activities that seem like something you would find on an app like Pinterest!
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part about being a nanny is being present. I say this because I feel it is SO important to keep kids enriched, and keep their brains flowing! Even the little things, like making up your own board game make the biggest difference in a little one's day! My goal has always been to have the kiddos I work with have fun every time I have the pleasure of hanging out with them!
My experience with special needs children...
In the past, I have volunteered at Dance Vibe Dance Studio, in their Special Vibe program! This opportunity is still one I hold close to my heart, even after over eight years have passed. I was lucky enough to assist in teaching special needs children how to dance, as well as preforming with them as a mentor!
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment has to be the time where I was lucky enough to be present when a kiddo spoke his first word!
