A little bit about me

Hi! My name is Ella, and I have over eight years of childcare experience caring for children from infancy through school age. Although I officially began babysitting in 2018, I've been surrounded by children my whole life while helping with my younger siblings. I believe the best childcare goes beyond simply supervising children. My goal is to create a safe, engaging, and structured environment where children feel supported, encouraged, and free to be themselves. I enjoy planning activities, keeping little ones active, respecting each family's routine, and building meaningful, long-term relationships with the families I work with.
Outside of childcare, I am currently pursuing my Business Management degree while spending time with my family and staying active.
