"Elle is the absolute BEST. She nannied for us part time with our youngest son from age 6 months to 3.5 years when she moved for college. She also helped with our now 10 year old son. Elle is experienced with kids, but has something that experience can’t produce - patience, radiant joy, kindness, and she is so much fun with the kids. She is the only one that my youngest son would let take care of him without being upset. We miss her dearly but are so happy she is continuing on with her college education. She is irreplaceable to us, we love her dearly and feel so blessed we had her help for as long as we did! And I have no doubt any future families that are blessed to have Elle help with their kids would feel the same."

What I believe matters most when being a nanny is being there for the kids. I have always loved kids and being able to teach them that it’s ok to have big emotions and how we can work through them! I love doing fun activities, themed movie days, playing with them, etc! It makes me almost feel like I’m a little kid again, and it brings me such a joy!

Helping one of the little boys I nannyed take “three deep breaths” and regulate his emotions! By the time I was done nannying for that family, I had seen such a growth in him for regulating the emotions he was feeling and learning to calm down when needed! It’s so fun to see kids grow and learn in their own way💛
