A little bit about me

My name is Ellen and I have been working with kids for a very long time. I started to solo babysit around around age 11. I worked at a daycare from [phone number hidden], and since then have worked for 2 families as a nanny. I have the most experience with babies and toddlers, but have also worked with kids up to 6 years old. I am first aid and CPR certified. I believe it is important to foster a loving environment that gives children room to learn and be creative based on their stage of development all while maintaining a safe and secure environment while also having fun! Even from infancy children begin learning important skills and giving them the resources and encouragement to thrive is so important. I am used to taking care of many children at one time in a daycare environment, so I am more than willing to care for multiple siblings.
