"Elora is just the sweetest soul. She always has a smile on her face. Is always excited to come and play with the kids. We still use her for occasional work because she’s so incredible. She has cared for both my children as new borns and has tons of experience with infants. She’s always reliable and her attitude is always consistent. She is never on her phone and loves taking the kids on walks or to parks. She loves being outdoors and has taken my kids swimming many times. I can’t express enough how responsible she is. The most important part about being a nanny...
I think one of the most valuable things as a nanny is having such an affect on the kids and making sure the influence that is poured into them helps build them up and sets them up for a future. It’s also enjoyable to become part of the family and help the parents be at ease knowing they can have some time to run errands or work or whatever may have stressed them out before hand. I enjoy being able to help out as much as possible :)
