More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I was a teachers aid for special needs students in elementry for a year!! I would help during pick up time when we would clean up the classroom, pack everyone's backpacks and walk them to their parents!! I also babysat my siblings since I was 8!!
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I enjoy watching movies, reading, playing with toys, practicing math skills/ schoolwork in general! I also enjoy playing dress up, going outside, playing pretend and teaching them to safely cook (if old enough of course).
The most important part about being a nanny...
is building a trusting relationship with both the family and children. Where both parties have open and transparent communication as well as respects for one another despite any differences!!:)
My experience with special needs children...
I have three younger siblings with special needs (ADHD, Autism) who I would take care of when my parents were at work!! I've built a wonderful relationship with them and love them dearly!! I also aided in special needs classrooms for a year!
The most important part about being a nanny...
I enjoyed playing hide-and-seek outside with my baby cousin in his backyard!! I also enjoyed going to the pool with him and playing with a volleyball!!
