I enjoy doing hands-on and engaging activities with children that match their age and energy. This includes reading, coloring, arts and crafts, pretend play, sensory play, and outdoor activities like walks or playground time. I also like helping with simple learning activities, routines, and keeping them engaged in a fun, safe, and interactive way.

The most important part of being a nanny, to me, is being someone a child feels safe and comfortable with while also being reliable and attentive for the family. I think it’s about showing up consistently, being patient, and genuinely caring about the child’s well-being, routine, and development. I also think it’s important to be flexible and supportive so the family feels at ease knowing their child is in good hands.
My experience with special needs children...
I have some informal experience with special needs children through helping care for my cousin when needed. While I don’t have extensive professional experience in this area, I’m open to learning and gaining more experience. I’m patient, understanding, and willing to adapt to each child’s individual needs with care and support.
