I have been babysitting children all my life. When living in Ahwatukee, AZ I cared for two children on a regular basis, two days a week each for 7+ hours. I cared for a 6 year girl and 8 year old boy. I was responsible for feeding them, entertaining them, helping with homework, taking them to the near by park, getting them to bed. I also maintained keeping the house clean and presentable for when the parents came back home.

I enjoy hanging outside, if that means bike rides to the park or around the neighborhood. Also hanging inside baking, watching movies, playing with dolls.

One of the sweetest moments I can remember is being out to dinner with my family and running into the family I sat for and the little boy running up to me and giving me a big hug (that meant a lot because he wasn't very affectionate) and him telling me how much I meant to him and catching me up on what happened at school that day. It made me feel very appreciated by him and that I was making a difference in his life.
