The most important part about being a nanny is teaching and showcasing patience. Children deserve to have every emotion the same as an adult would. It is ok to be mad, upset, frustrated, sad, and even feeling the need to let it all out over something small. Children test patience, and most importantly need it taught through example.

My favorite moment was when my son ran up to one of the little girls I was babysitting and gave her the biggest warmest hug. They were so happy to see eachother another day, it always feels so sweet!
