A little bit about me

Hello! I am relocating to Monterey for some time. I am a nationally certified EMT with Basic Life Support and First Aid training. Although I don't have experience nannying, I grew up babysitting my younger cousins and I have younger brothers that are currently ages 7 and 8 that I helped care for. I also have a newborn Godson Greyson who is an absolute heart-stealer that I visit frequently and help ease his mama while she gets some downtime. I can assist with light cleaning, carpooling, and running errands. I can also assist with virtual learning given the times that we are in. I believe we all can learn from children's growing imaginations and excited energy. I hope to be in touch soon!

The most important part about being a nanny...

I think it is important to give kids someone to look up to, someone to go to when things get tough. As a nanny you establish a bond with the child so they know that they have someone who cares deeply about them, other than just their family. I also believe we all have something to learn from the youth of children and the creativity that comes so naturally to them.

I don't have experience as a nanny. But a moment that has my heart was recently. I was visiting my newborn Godson to give his mama some downtime and he was fussy so we bounced around and he ended up falling asleep in my arms.
