The most important part about being a nanny is creating a safe, nurturing, and consistent environment where children feel valued and supported. Building trust with both the child and the family, while helping the child grow emotionally, socially, and developmentally, is what truly makes the role meaningful.

I have experience working with children with special needs through my role as a Registered Behavior Technician. I have supported children with developmental delays, autism, ADHD, and behavioral challenges by implementing behavior intervention plans, teaching communication and social skills, and promoting independence in school and community settings. I collaborate with supervisors and teachers to ensure consistent support and positive outcomes for each child.

My favorite nanny moment was seeing a child accomplish something they had been working so hard on and watching their face light up with pride. Being part of those small but meaningful milestones, whether it was learning a new skill or building confidence, is what makes working with children so rewarding to me.
