I believe the most important part is making sure you give each child an equal amount of time doing something they love, let’s say you have a 7 month old and a 3 year old, once the 7 month old goes down for a nap, use that time to reset the house but also play with the 3 year old, so everyone feels included and important.

My favorite nanny moment would have to be me surprising my current kiddos with a trip to the park and lunch at their favorite place, Chick-fil-a, seeing their smiles and hearing their excited laughter made me so happy, and of course I couldn’t resist their request to go play mini golf after, it was definitely one of my best days with them.
