I have just quit my job as a montessori pre-school teacher where I would care for up to 12 children age 2.5-5 years old! In addition, I have been babysitting/ nannying for families since I was about 13 years old (almost 10 years)
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love going for walks with the kids, anything outdoors (we love to get their energy out!!!), as well as arts and crafts.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I think the most important part of being a nanny is being a safe and fun place for the kids. Ultimately, I want the kids to be excited for me to come over, and I want to make sure the parent feels safe leaving their kids with me! I understand it takes a lot of trust to leave your heart with another person and I would never break that trust.
