More About Me

In college I held a part-time teaching position at a daycare with infants and toddlers while I was also a full-time student. During this, I also babysat for a few different families. I was also a camp counselor for a summer while I was home from college. My senior year of college I was no longer working at the daycare and I got a part-time nanny position. This role was Monday-Friday in the afternoons. I was responsible for watching a one-year-old and three-year-old. After graduating I had a job at a daycare as a toddler teacher. In this role I was responsible for the three-year-old classroom.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I enjoy doing arts and crafts with kids, playing board games, and going outside. I like letting the kids be creative and making up activities for us to do (while making sure they’re reasonable). The best part of creating games and activities is that they’re also learning while having fun!

The most important part of being a nanny is building a strong, trusting relationship with the child and their family. This involves providing care, emotional support, and guidance in a safe and nurturing environment.
