I have a B. A. and also a background in Early Childhood Education and obtained a California Teacher Permit. I have been in the childcare field since 2001; initially I baby-sat for neighbors, friends, and family. I have experience with all age groups and have direct experience with gifted and special needs children. Most recently, I have been a preschool teacher for an early childhood center. Previously, I was employed by local school districts in several capacities. Prior to my work with the local school districts. Prior to my work with the local school districts I was employed by a private school as their Director of After-School Care and Instructional Assistant. I find nannying to be thoroughly rewarding as one watches child grow, change, and learn. The milestones that children approach and work through are some of the eventful times that I feel honored to be a part of. As a caregiver, it is truly a wonderful thing to realize that you have made an impact on a child.

Most recently, I have been a nanny for a family with a 3-month-old and a 10-month-old baby. Previously, I was a preschool teacher for an early childhood center. Before, being a preschool teacher I was employed by local school districts in several capacities.
