I have coached kids from ages 2-13, and run a youth group for girls aged 5-16. I have 5 nieces currently ranging from 5-10 years old, and have previously worked part time in a daycare setting.

My favorite moments are when you realize the positive impact you're having on the children. When they repeat back to you that we need to be nice to our friends, or they pick up that little catch phrase you don't even realize you say every day. Seeing those smiling faces every day and knowing you're helping in every aspect of their lives makes it all worth it.
