•I have multiple nieces and nephews I have independently cared for ranging from newborn-10yrs old.
•I have classroom field experience.
•I have organized birthday celebrations for children and created activities for them to do during their celebrations.
•I have age-appropriate VHS tapes of disney movies and can arrange fun movie day!
•I have taken college courses relevant to childhood development.

•I like to play outside games, participate and facilitate park activities, can create relevant holiday crafts, watch movies, color, play house, build puzzles.. etc.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Making sure the kids are happy, safe, comfortable and having the kids/parents trust. It’s important to build rapport with the family as a whole. I understand that being a nanny is a huge responsibility and having a nanny is welcoming someone into your family to care for your loved ones.

My experience with special needs children...

I do not have any direct experience in the care taking role however I have taken relevant college level course work as well as have some field experience in a special needs classroom.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite nanny moment was after a long pool day watching the two young kids run around in oversized shirts while I made lunch. I took pictures for the parents and then I talked with the kids about how fun our day was together.
