A little bit about me

Early childhood development and SPED (ASD, SODOS, neurodivergence- and trauma-informed) experience starting in 2004, until 2020 when I became disabled with Parkinson’s. I am now a home educator to an 8yo kiddo and full time composer and musician.

High school diploma, no post secondary degree due to disability and university lock. I need to update my certification legally, but I do know and have successfully performed pediatric CPR. I am also trained in first aid, and as an educator also attend continuing education courses for education as well as current events courses in science and geography/modern world history.

There is nothing more wild to me than not only observing, but actively taking part in, a child’s development. I have overcome some really difficult challenges with families, but never met a kid I didn’t end up loving with all of my heart. I’ve got a lot of that to go around, and that’s why I’m here!
