My experience with special needs children...
Worked as a teaching assistant at South Florida Arc, where I helped out the teachers in assisting the special needs kids and going through their day by day with them, and learning what irritated or bothered them and tailoring to their needs. I worked here for a summer and a half, and was also involved in going on trips with the kids and keeping them entertained, and caring for them out in crowds or different places besides the classroom.
