I helped out at a daycare for about 6 years. During high school I completed the early childhood course and worked at our preschool.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love spending time outdoors! park play dates are always enjoyable. indoor time could include us working on any homework that needs to get done, reading books, watching movies, playing board games/ cards, & doing other fun things such as doing some arts & crafts!

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part about being a nanny is making sure the child(ren) are safe, comfortable & overall creating a bond with them. I think it’s super important for a nanny to be close with children they’re going to spend majority of their days with. As much as it’s important for the nanny and kids to have a bond, it’s just as important for the parents & nanny to connect aswell.

My experience with special needs children...

During high school I volunteered to become part of an organization called Eagle Pals. Eagle Pals was a great thing to be a part of, everybody had a partner that had special needs, we helped them out with whatever they needed and took care of them. During that period we created a strong bond with our special friends. I still communicate with my Eagle pal frequently.
