A little bit about me

Hello! My name is Emma, and I am a dependable, caring, fun, and detail-oriented nanny who loves children and their small adventures. I have been a paid nanny for the past almost 3 years, but I have paid childcare experience for 6 years prior, and an additional 2 years of volunteer work. I have 1.5 years of paid infant nanny experience, and 3 years of specifically infant nursery at my church. I am creative and active and love to play with kids. It is so fun to help them learn and develop from any age. I have experience with children from the ages of newborn through 8 years old, but have the most with infants and young toddlers. I also have an almost 5-year-old sister whom I have helped raise. I am currently going to school for my degree in elementary education to become a teacher. I was a PSEO student for my junior and senior year of high school full-time, so this is my third full year of college classes. My previous position was a nanny share between a 3 month old, an 8month old, and a 2 year old. My current position is in Bloomington with 5 children ages 12, 10, 7, 6, and 9 months, and I am looking for a position after it ends this week. I am American Red Cross CPR certified, and have taken multiple childcare classes from them as well.
