A little bit about me

Hi! I'm Emma! I'm originally from the Carolinas and currently live in Florida. I'll be moving back home to the Columbia, SC area in February and am starting my search now for the right family!

My passion for childcare stems from being an aunt to many nieces and nephews and being actively involved in their lives. I have years of experience in private nannying, household management, babysitting, and as an infant and toddler teacher. I'm CPR and First Aid certified and have completed DCF childcare training.

My approach is hands on and intentional, focusing on development, creativity, independence, outdoor play, and age appropriate life skills. I'm also happy to help with any household tasks, I am there to love on not just baby but the home as well!

My love for children has inspired me to pursue Birth and Postpartum Doula certifications so I can expand my knowledge and support families from the very beginning. I'm looking for a family I can truly become part of and grow with long term!
