I think being fair with the kids matters, making sure they know who is in charge. I think also having fun with the kids, and showing them that nannying can be fun. I also think making sure the kids are safe, and that nothing happens to them that you could have prevented!

My favorite moment was when a little girl I babysat named Ella stole my phone right out of my hand. She found the camera, and started taking silly pictures of herself. She was laughing and just being silly! I still have those pictures on my phone.
