I enjoy doing activities that keep children engaged, learning, and having fun at the same time. Some of my favorites include reading, arts and crafts, sensory play, music and dancing, outdoor walks, playground trips, baking, simple science activities, board games, puzzles, and age-appropriate learning games. With older children, I also enjoy homework support, cooking projects, creative challenges, outings, and helping them explore their interests and hobbies.

The most important part about being a nanny is building trust with both the children and their parents. I believe children should feel safe, supported, and cared for, while parents should feel confident knowing their child is in dependable hands. For me, being a nanny is more than supervising , it’s helping children learn, grow, feel secure, and know they have someone in their corner.

My experience with special needs children comes from my background as a Registered Behavioral Technician, where I supported children with autism and different behavioral needs. I’ve learned how important patience, consistency, positive reinforcement, clear communication, and individualized care are when helping each child feel safe, understood, and successful.

One of my favorite nanny moments is when a child I cared for became comfortable enough to come to me for comfort, help, or just to share something they were excited about. Moments like that mean a lot to me because they show that trust has been built. I love seeing children grow more confident, independent, and comfortable knowing they have someone dependable in their corner.
