I've got a lot of experience with childcare! When I was 15, I started as a paid babysitter for a neighbor. I would go to her house and watch her two kids, and sometimes I even spent the night if needed. Over the years, I kept helping out and often took them to and from school. I also take care of my two younger siblings, who are 5 and 2, every day, including taking them to various places like school or daycare. Plus, I occasionally babysit for my aunts' kids, including overnight stays, and I cook and clean when needed. I also have experience working in a daycare setting as well as a before and after care program with all elementary school ages.
