The most important part about being a nanny is keeping the kids safe at all times. Always engaging with the kids. Making sure the kids feel heard and comfortable. Following what the parents want because they aren’t our kids. Always keeping the parents updated. Always being reliable and responsible with the kids.

My all time favorite nannying moment would have to be watching the kids learn and grow. Watching them figure out obstacles on their own. Helping them when days are tough and just being their for them!
