"Erika is so kind, patient, flexible, fun, reliable, and genuine. She is like a third parent to our family. We greatly value how she has flexed as our needs have changed, which has enabled her to stay with our family from when our kids were 2 and 4 to now when they are 7 and 9. Our kids love her deeply, and she is a great partner in strategizing how to support their development. She cares so deeply about us and we truly consider her family. She does a great job of understanding our values and our priorities and figuring out how to apply them in a variety of situations. She's also great at being discrete about private matters. I don't think Erika has been late more than half a dozen times in 5 years, which is remarkable as she's been commuting upwards of a hour each way. She is truly an exceptional nanny and any family would be lucky to have her."
