In this job, I oversaw an average of 40 kids/day, aging from 5-13 years old, as well as about 5 high school aged assistants. I also act as the Work-Study Manager for the Commercial Dance Intensive. In this role, I delegate tasks and assignments as well as aid in assisting the intensive's faculty. The group I oversee here usually ranges from 17-22 in age.
