I've helped my husband raise his 4 boys from 10 years old on. The youngest is now 18 and a senior in high school. I've been a caregiver for every child of all of my family and friends for no pay for as long as I can remember. I have a wide variety of work history skills including cleaning, driving, medical assistng. I have a perfect driving record, certified first aid and cpr, professional industrial cleaning skills. I've cared for a wide range of children and ages including kids with ADD/ADHD and other health or development challenges, including a brother-in-law with Aspergers/Fetal Alcohol/Fetal drug/ADD/Autisim.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love to get kids involved in everything. There's a safe way to introduce children to grown-up tasks and get them involved, excited, and feeling like they are helping. Whether it's baking and making cookies or lunch, reading a book, or helping clean, there's age appropriate ways to keep children involved. I also love playing with kids on their level and on their terms letting them lead the activity whether it's playing a board game, coloring, having tea, going for a walk or to a park. The whole world is new and amazing and wondrous to a child, it's a privilege just seeing the world through their eyes.
