I think the most important part about being a nanny is making good memories for the kids, but not stepping over any parenting lines. There needs to be clear communication between the nanny and parents.

I have previously worked at a day care meant for individuals with special needs, as well as working one on one with a child with down syndrome syndrome. I have experience with working with kids with autism as well, I think as long as there's communication between the parents and myself I would be able to work well with all special needs.
