The most important part of being a nanny to me is being someone both the children and their parents can genuinely trust and depend on. I want the kids I care for to feel safe, comfortable, and supported while also knowing that I’m someone they can have fun with and come to when they need something. I also think consistency is really important. Being with the same family for several years has shown me how special it is to build a real relationship with the children and become someone they know will always show up for them.

One of my favorite parts of being a nanny is getting to be involved in the things the kids love. I genuinely enjoy going to their sports practices and games, watching them play, and being there to cheer them on. I also love making our time together more than just staying at home. Whether it’s going to the movies, spending the day at the park, getting outside, or planning something fun to do together, I love creating experiences and memories with the kids. After being with the same family for several years, watching them grow and getting to be part of their lives has been incredibly rewarding.
