I previously worked as a daycare teacher caring for children ranging from infants to school age, with my primary classroom being 2-year-olds. My responsibilities included diaper changes, potty training, meals and snacks, nap time, playtime, learning activities, and maintaining a safe and nurturing environment. I also assisted in the infant and school-age rooms as needed. In addition to my professional childcare experience, I am also a mom and have years of hands-on parenting experience.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I enjoy keeping children active, engaged, and having fun! Some of my favorite activities include arts and crafts, coloring, reading books, puzzles, learning games, music and dancing, pretend play, and age-appropriate educational activities. Outdoors, I enjoy going for walks, playing at the park, blowing bubbles, sidewalk chalk, and outdoor games. I always choose activities based on the child’s age, interests, and the parents’ preferences.

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part of being a nanny to me is making sure children feel safe, loved, and comfortable while their parents are away. As a mom, I understand how much trust it takes to leave your child in someone else’s care. I want every parent to feel confident knowing I will be patient, attentive, dependable, and care for their child the same way I would want someone to care for my own. I also believe in respecting each family’s routines, rules, and parenting preferences.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite moments from working in daycare was watching my 2-year-olds reach new milestones, especially during potty training. Seeing how proud and excited they would get when they finally did it on their own was always so sweet! I loved being able to celebrate those little accomplishments with them and watching their confidence grow.
