More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I coached at Saint charles gymnastics academy. I also lived in texas for 2 months during my junior year of high school to help out my sister when my nephew was born. I also worked with 3 different family’s during high school as an after school nanny and date-night babysitter

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Board games, arts and crafts, building legos. creating obstacle courses outside as well as playing baseball, football, soccer etc.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Allowing the children to explore who they are and what they’re capable of. I believe allowing children to explore and learn on their on own with support and guidance is the best way to create individual humans who can think and act independently.

My experience with special needs children...

I have worked with a couple children who had adhd, during my time as a nanny. I myself have adhd, so working with those children not only helped me help them, but it helped me learn a lot more about the benefits a lot of people may not know about having adhd. Adhd is often seen as a purely negative thing but in reality having ADHD allows for so much more. Children with ADHD are often outside of the box thinkers with incredible creativity, who are also so athletic and in general capable of so much with the right guidance.

The most important part about being a nanny...

When I was living in Texas, my nephew was barely 3 months old, and I will never forget how beautiful he was. And Looking back now that he is 3 and so amazing, I love seeing how much growth he has gone through. He used to be the tiniest little thing and now everytime I see him I am so proud of his achievements. I will forever hold on to how he says “UNCLE ETHAN THEIRS A DINOSAUR RUNNNN”.
