Hello, my name is Evan and I am a dedicated and experienced support advocate in care for special needs individuals. Over the past two years I have had the privilege of working with adults with autism. Seeing their skills grow and them achieve their goals no matter how small impacted my heart so heavily, I loved it. It was my first time doing something in this field.

My approach to caregiving is centered on compassion, patience, and creating a safe and fun environment. I am skilled in developing individualized care plans, engaging in therapeutic activities, and a managing daily routines to ensure the well being and development of those in my care.
