A little bit about me

I am a Cuban resident, mother of a beautiful 20-month-old boy. I love working with children, I am loving and I like to think that I have a child's heart to understand them, and the mind of a responsible adult to take care of them. My dream is to open my own Daycare that's why I have worked in Daycare Center, I have taken all the DCF courses in relation to childcare and this year I will start university in Early childhood development. I think that children should have a loving caregiver who knows how to offer personalized attention according to the need and character of the infant.

I like to read stories and sing songs to him. Cocomelon has been a great friend. Outdoors I like to accompany them to the channel to feel safe when someone can hold them when they slide.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Being a nanny is not just ensuring the physical safety of the child, that's what Daycafe are for, which ensure the physical safety of children, sometimes forgetting that emotional needs are equally important for the growth and development of infants.

I think that being a nanny is taking care of and meeting all the needs from a personalized attention, where the child does not suffer from the absence of the parents. That is to say that they can be happy and be themselves with the person who is going to temporarily replace mom.

My experience with special needs children...

I can't say that I have a lot of experiences with special children, but I do think that all children, no matter what, need to feel loved and validated. It would not be a problem for me to take care of a little angel with a special need, in fact it would be a blessing to be present for them.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I remember in my previous work there was a little angel who didn't stop crying. I had never seen him but in a short time I stole his heart. The other children who didn't talk when they saw that he played with me approached and although they didn't talk practically if they could say oh Wao. I'm not going to forget that moment and especially the boy who just needed a hug and a little love.
